IT IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN EVER TO STAY CONNECTED
Well, what an interesting couple of months! We were busy getting settled into our new life here on Arran and starting to see our new house being built (super exciting!), but then things starting to get a little bit crazy across the world!

Let’s not dwell on the situation too much but instead, let’s have a think about how we can be pro-active during this time and how we can get ahead of things for when normality resumes.

Remote Working

Who would have thought that communicating through social media and video calls with families, friends and even customers, would quickly become the new norm?!

When moving to a remote island in Scotland, we had prepared to work remotely from our clients and chat virtually about projects.. so at least we were well practised!

When we re-located our business we used it as a great opportunity to re-connect with old contacts, reach out to customers and strengthen our relationships with them, and the current situation also offers that same opportunity.

More so than ever, we need to stay connected and communicate with each other.

Communication is Key

A great way to share your companies story is via a visual newsletter or company magazine that you can send out to your mailing list. They’re also amazing ways to strengthen your branding and show off your companies personality.

A strong design of those tools can ensure that they won’t go unnoticed! Not to mention that it’s a great opportunity to keep members of groups, clients and employees up-to-date.

Here at Jet the Dog, we love doing both - newsletters and magazines, which can either be printed or as digital PDFs, for downloads, websites and emailing. We can (remotely) work with you on the designs until you’re 100% happy and can offer our expert design advice on portraying the content in the best way possible!

If we haven’t convinced you yet… Did you know, that when people read or hear information, they're only likely to remember only 10% of that information three days later? However, if a relevant image is paired with that same information, people retained 65% of the information three days later.

So, what you should do now? You should be full of beans (or maybe pasta, if you were lucky to get some in the shop!) about this opportunity!
